TOI still continues to impress.

The most interesting news piece I read today is undoubtedly : Indian etiquette classes in UK.

It contains words of wisdom like :

- Indians are not always punctual. So be patient and flexible.
- They may call on weekends for discussing business. Don’t be offended.

Edit : Another handy tip from my side :

- Learn atleast one sentence in the local language. It could be anything from “Hello” to “You look beautiful” to “You are a bloody stupid idiotic moron”. As long as a foreigner (or any non-native for that matter like singers, actors, politicians) speaks in our local language, we will literally jump with joy and don’t mind any insult whatsoever !

I could ramble on for a few pages how the western world is spreading these kind of facts about India, but they are unfortunately, not far from the truth, just like yesterday’s article. Like Barkha Dutt mentioned at the taping of We, the people at Stanford University, we Indians have a tough time accepting it when someone points out our bad qualities, be it westerners or Indians in the west.

And while on the subject of classes, here is another very interesting one : How to snare a billionare.

TOI continues to dig deeper down.
