Difficult to say who is the bigger idiot here; the cleric or the smart women. I wont be surprised if some cleric or a nobody who is publicity hungry blames nudity for some natural calamity. How would the smart women then protest?
Good that the cleric only blamed indecent dress and not nudity.

The bigger idiot is surely the cleric.
He claimed causation; the women merely are victims of correlation. He has far more at stake, mathematically.
